AMMAN
Upon Arrival at Amman Airport, you will be met by our ERC Jordanian tour representative for transfer to your hotel. Then leave for Jerash to explore this beautifully preserved ancient Roman city. Continue to Ajlun, famous for its imposing Castle which dominates the landscape for many kilometers. Travel to Um Qeis or Gadara, site of the famous Gadarene Swine, renowned in its time as a Cultural Center and perched on a splendid hilltop overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Sea of Galilee. AMMAN | PETRA
Start the day with a visit to Madaba, to see the famous intricate Mosaic Map of the Holy Land. Then continue west to Mt Nebo, the Memorial of Moses and the presumed site of the Prophet’s Burial Place. From a platform in front of the Church, enjoy a breathtaking view across the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. View The Promised Land like Moses did before his passing. Drive south to Petra for check-in at hotel. Overnight in Petra. | B | D |

PETRA | AMMAN
Spend the day exploring the Ancient Nabatean City of Petra. Ride on horseback to the main entrance. Travel on foot through the awesome SIQ, an immense
crack in the sandstone that winds for one kilometer between overhanging cliffs. Come face to face with the magnificent Edifices of Petra carved into the sandstone. The Treasury, Petra’s most famous monument, appears dramatically at the end of the SIQ. Various walks and climbs reveal literally hundreds of Buildings, Facades, Tombs, Baths, Funerary Halls, Temples and a 3000 Seat Theater from the 1st Century AD. Overnight in Amman. | B | D |
