Cancellation and refunds:
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• The deposit of 10% of the total price is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 15-45 days prior to departure will incur a 50% fee.
• No refund will be made for cancellations made within 15 days of departure, or after the tour has commenced.
• No refund for any service or inclusion not utilized prior to or after departure.
